Terms & Conditions

  • This Terms of Service Agreement, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, all applicable quotes, price lists and software license agreements of Shree Web Solution and third parties represents the complete agreement and understanding between of Shree Web Solution and you, of Shree Web Solution customer (“you” or “your”), and supersedes any other written or oral agreement pertaining to your of Shree Web Solution services. By using of Shree Web Solution services you agree to be bound by and to comply with this agreement just as if you had signed it. Violation of any provision of this agreement is grounds for, but not limited to, immediate termination of your of Shree Web Solution account. of Shree Web Solution may modify these terms and conditions, and/or modify prices, as well as discontinue or change services offered upon notice published on-line via www.shreewebsolution.in .
    If you do not agree to this Terms of Service Agreement, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, please notify our billing department at info@shreewebsolution.in . USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT SHALL CONSITUTE YOUR APPROVAL OF THIS AGREEMENT.

SERVICES

Project:

In exchange for the Client’s payment of the pertinent Fees (as specified in the Project Proposal), we will:

(a) Develop the Website on behalf of the Client in accordance with the Client Requirements outlined in the Project Proposal; and

(b) Providing the Services to the Client, as agreed upon by the parties.

The document for the project proposal contains the project specification.

The Parties must agree in writing before making any modifications or changes to the Project Specification. If one Party does not agree with the proposed alteration or variation, the Parties must meet and consider the proposed changes in fairness. If any changes to the Project Specification result in additional expenses to the above and above the Fees stated in the proposal, we reserve the right to charge the Client for the additional charges at our usual rates from time to time.

Delivery and Acceptance:

In order for us to live-deploy the finished Website to the Client’s hosting server when the Project is finished, the Client must pay all payments in full. We reserve the right to charge the Client additional fees if the Client desires the completed Website to be loaded onto third-party hosting services provided by the Client. The Client is responsible for properly configuring the intended file server or disk space.

After we deliver the Website to the Client, the Client will have the “Acceptance Test Period” to test the Website to ensure it meets the Project Specification (the “Acceptance Test”). The only circumstance in which the Client may refuse to accept the Website is where it can show that the Website materially detracts from the Project Specification. After passing the Acceptance Test, the Client shall inform that the Project is complete.

Finally, we are ready to release the project.

Website Design & Development, Content Policy

  1. Images & content should be provided by the client within the required time, needed for the project.
  2. The client is required to give the confirmation within 4 days, once the website design layout is provided.
  3. Once accepted by the client, no further web design changes will be accepted. If there are any changes in the website design, the client is liable to pay additional charges.
  4. Content may be provided by Shree Web Solution. , however, it is chargeable. Additional charges will be levied, depending on the type and quantity of the content.
  5. The client is responsible for maintaining their own backups with respect too thier website Shree Web Solution will not be liable for restoring any client data or client websites except to the extent that such data loss arises out of a negligent act or commission by Shree Web Solution.
  6. Shree Web Solution shall not be liable for any loss or damage which he client may suffer which is in any way attributable to any delay in performance or completion of our contract, however, that delay arises.

PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Customer agrees to provide Shree Web Solution. with accurate and complete contact and billing information. It is the responsibility of the Customer to contact Shree Web Solution of any changes to their account, such as contact, phone number and/or billing information.
  2. Shree Web Solution will not tolerate payment account(s) or service(s) by fraudulent means. Doing so will result in immediate termination and possible criminal and civil liabilities.
  3. Shree Web Solution account(s) will considered unpaid if payment by acceptable means is not received after 30 days of the date due. Accounts that are unpaid may be suspended, archived or terminated from the Shree Web Solution. We are not responsible for any loss of data on unpaid accounts. Unpaid accounts will continue to accrue late charges until reinstated or properly and formally cancelled. We reserve the right to charge a service reconnection fee for any unpaid, suspended,or reactivated account.
  4. A 50% deposit of the total fee payable under our proposal is due immediately upon you instructing us to proceed with the website design and development work. The remaining 50% shall become due when theories completed to your reasonable satisfaction but subject to the terms of the “approval of work” and “rejected work” clauses. We reserve the right not to commence any work until the deposit has been paid in full. The 50% deposit is only refundable if we have not fulfilled our obligations to deliver the work required under the agreement. The deposit is not refundable if the development work has been started and you terminate the contract through no fault of ours.
  5. Upon completion of the 7-day review period, we will invoice you for the 50%balance of the project.
  6. You agree to reimburse us for any requested expenses which do not form part of our proposal including but not limited to the purchase of templates, third-party software, stock photographs, fonts, domain name registration, web hosting or comparable expenses.
